Water Based Durable Flexible Membrane

FlexoSeal is a single pack water-based durable black or beige flexible membrane which is composed of a blend of a powerful water-based bitumen and a dispersed liquid rubber compound, which have been carefully formulated to produce a coating with some unique properties. Once fully cured, the film can resist water penetration, even when submerged.

FlexoSeal can be used to solve many problems, including repairs to suspended verandahs (including the repair of leaks between eg. balconies and exterior walls), sealing retaining walls against penetration of moisture from the backfill, water-proofing the exterior walls of subterranean cellars, workshops, wine storage areas, etc.
